隐私政策（中文）
感谢您使用 Tuuli（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用是一款面向蒙古语用户的有声读物与音频内容应用。我们非常重视您的个人信息与隐私保护。本隐私政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用这些信息，以及您享有的权利。
一、我们收集的信息
我们仅收集为实现应用功能所必需的最少信息：
- 手机号码：用于注册和登录（短信验证码方式）。手机号是您账号的唯一凭证。
- 个人资料信息：您自行填写的昵称、头像等资料。
- 用户产生的内容：您发表的评论、点赞、收藏、收听记录和收听进度。
- 基础设备信息：为保障服务正常运行所需的应用版本、系统类型等基础技术信息。
我们不收集：精确位置信息、通讯录、照片（除非您主动上传头像）、财务信息、健康信息或浏览器历史记录。
二、信息的使用方式
- 验证您的身份并维持登录状态；
- 提供核心功能：播放有声内容、同步收听进度、展示您的收藏与评论；
- 维护社区秩序：处理举报、执行屏蔽等安全功能；
- 改进应用的稳定性与体验。
我们不会将您的个人信息用于广告投放，不会向第三方出售您的信息，不会进行跨应用追踪。本应用不含任何第三方广告 SDK。
三、信息的存储
您的数据存储在我们的后端服务提供商 Supabase 的云端服务器中，传输过程采用 HTTPS 加密。我们采取合理的技术措施（包括数据库访问控制策略）保护您的信息安全。
由于本应用面向不同国家和地区的用户，您的数据可能存储在您所在司法辖区以外的服务器上。我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留您的信息。
四、信息共享
我们仅在以下情形共享必要信息：
- 服务提供商：Supabase（数据库与云存储服务），仅为运行本应用所必需；
- 法律要求：当适用法律、法规或司法机关要求时。
五、您的权利
- 访问与更正：您可在应用内查看和修改您的个人资料；
- 删除内容：您可以删除自己发表的评论、取消收藏；
- 删除账号：您可在应用内"设置"中申请删除账号。账号删除后，您的手机号、个人资料及关联的用户内容将被删除或匿名化处理；
- 屏蔽与举报：您可以屏蔽其他用户或举报不当内容，我们会及时处理。
六、未成年人保护
本应用面向一般用户，不专门面向儿童。若我们发现在未经监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息，将尽快删除相关数据。若您是监护人并发现此类情况，请通过下方方式联系我们。
七、本政策的更新
我们可能适时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告等方式通知您。更新后的政策自发布之日起生效。

Privacy Policy (English)
Thank you for using Tuuli (the "App"), an audiobook and audio content application for Mongolian-language users. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App's features:
- Phone number: used for registration and sign-in via SMS one-time passcode. Your phone number is the sole credential for your account.
- Profile information: nickname and avatar that you choose to provide.
- User-generated content: comments you post, likes, favorites, listening history, and playback progress.
- Basic device information: app version and operating system type, as needed to keep the service running reliably.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos (unless you actively upload an avatar), financial information, health data, or browsing history.
2. How We Use Information
- To verify your identity and keep you signed in;
- To provide core features: playing audio content, syncing listening progress, and displaying your favorites and comments;
- To keep the community safe: handling reports and enforcing user blocking;
- To improve the stability and experience of the App.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not track you across other apps or websites. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on cloud servers operated by our backend provider, Supabase, and is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We apply reasonable technical safeguards, including database access-control policies, to protect your information.
Because the App serves users in multiple countries and regions, your data may be stored on servers located outside your jurisdiction. We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
4. Information Sharing
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers: Supabase (database and cloud storage), solely as required to operate the App;
- Legal requirements: when required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
5. Your Rights
- Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile within the App;
- Content deletion: you can delete your own comments and remove favorites;
- Account deletion: you can request account deletion in the App's Settings. After deletion, your phone number, profile, and associated user content will be deleted or anonymized;
- Block and report: you can block other users and report inappropriate content, which we will review promptly.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe this has occurred, please contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App. The updated policy takes effect on the date it is published.
